Where are the origins of the materials of your leather products?
Our vegetable-tanned organic leather is shipped directly from the Tannery in Italy. The colors of our leather products were dyed by hand with eco-friendly water-based leather dyes from Japan. The high-quality sewing threads were from France and Japan.
Where did the leather products were made and designed?
Our handmade leather products were designed and handmade in Hong Kong.
Why do the colors of the leather products change after some time?
Normal wear will darken the leather as air, light, the oils of your skin, and other environmental factors do their work, eventually developing richer colors with characters.
What should I do to maintain my adagio leather products?
All adagio leather products are made from best-grade vegetable tanned leather with solid hardware. Here are suggestions for maintenance:
- Avoid exposure to water, oil, or other liquid.
- Avoid sharpening objects to scratch the leather surface.
- Avoid long-time sunshine exposure.
- Wipe the hardware if you are planning not to use your adagio leather products for a long time to avoid oxidation. Store the adagio leather products in cotton dust bags.
- Daily usage is the best way to maintain your adagio leather products in good condition.
